If you're not looking to track your Z, a divorced coilover setup will be just fine. Lots of good options out there, all depends on budget. Fortune Auto will always get my vote.
I swap between the AWE Touring and Track versions, paired with AMS race ldp and it sounds amazing. Be warned the track version is very loud with ldps.
I had no CELs after installing my intakes, exhaust, and ldps, but would definitely recommend tuning. I tried to get mine done as soon as...
You could do 40 but it will have a bigger sidewall (more meaty). You will have more issues with clearance if you're lowered. You'd have to adjust for that.
I mean im biased but i definitely love the blue interior lol. With white its a stunning combo (imo). My least favorite, and i mean no offense to any Z owner, is probably the red + yellow. Maybe the wolverine spec blue + yellow but that's so rare its kinda cool lol.
I think this is good advice. I thought the tone was great without downpipes but i was a little disappointed that it wasnt louder. Thats just a Z problem in general. These cars really need downpipes to wake up
AWE Touring with downpipes is perfection in my opinion. Zero drone and sounds great, nice and deep tone. I have the track conversion kit too to make things spicy but honestly as a daily its a lot to deal with lol! I like to swap back to the touring when ive had enough. Such a good combo
Ive had mine around 1.5 years and still love it. Well mostly love it lol. The front end still kinda sucks to be honest. Its grown on me through the years and looks better in person, but its still the worst looking part of the car to me. Absolutely love the sides and rear tho! I also have a ton...
AWE is going to be a decent amount louder due to larger piping diameter (3"). Along with that, the track version is going to be significantly louder with no mufflers. I have both the track and touring setups from AWE and they both sound amazing. My favorite sounding exhaust for our cars besides...
Ahh yeah its definitely going to be tough with that, you have no leverage. As others mentioned, get a long breaker bar or a good impact gun. I like to use a combo of both.
Are you making sure to hold the nut on the back while loosening them? If not they will just spin. If your car is new they should come off quite easily.
