I had these on my WRX (2022). But anything is better than the current stock springs on the Z
They are slightly ambiguous about the drop amount. Its items like these that I wish I could do a Pepsi challenge between them, the Swift springs, and a few different coil-overs. I am a "buy once, cry once" kind of shopper.

I have swifts on mine, the ride height is pretty low, it scrapes on a lot of places in nyc. My front z1 splitter needs repaired or replaced.

The wrx with eibach pro springs had better clearance.
