Regarding the warranty, I think would depend on the failure point. If it's related to the anything connected to the exhaust, they probably will not honor it. However, if the failure is in a different part, I image it would be hard for them to claim it's not covered.

You can find videos that will give you an idea on how the exhausts sound, on YouTube.
That makes sense, I will find a trustable shop to do that. Actually just realized that there are 2 exhaust from HKS, one is Super Turbo Muffler and one is Full Dual Muffler. Looks like 3 to choose now :D.

It's dealer dependant. As well as what parts you've got in your car. I'm sure if its not a Nissan Part installed by a Nissan Mechanic, your warranty would not be covered.

However, if you come across issues like I have. Just take out all your aftermarket parts, put the oem ones back, then have Nissan check it out. Sure it's a pain in the ass, but it'll save you the pain of having your car marked as having aftermarket parts voiding warranty.

Parts to be cautious of, Intakes, Downpipes, exhaust, ecu tunes and anything to do with your engine will void warranties if discovered

I was concerned about that, which is why I'm only planning to get some Nismo intake, heat exchanger, and other Nismo stuff. Only the exhaust got many different answers, that's why I'm still deciding between these 3 now, and not really considering the Nismo street since there is Ti existing.
