Nismo Sport Racing Tune

I’m not sure if this was posted before, NISMO and NMC will release this month ECU tune packages:

- TYPE-1 is designed for the Z NISMO model by improving the driving in the racetrack, as well as changing the maximum engine speed limit.

- TYPE-2 is designed for standard Z models by re-improving the performance of the VR30DDTT engine by adjusting various engine control elements such as changing the speed limit, as well as engine control tools such as improving air to fuel ratio, adjusting the ignition timing, Variable Valve Timing (VTC) and resetting the throttle boost Electronic (ETC) which enhances the performance of the engine through additional torque in the low and medium speed range to significantly improve acceleration across the entire RPM range in SPORTS mode for models with automatic transmission (AT)

- TYPE-3 aims to improve performance greater than the second version TYPE-2, which relies greatly on the high octane of fuel.

First thing to know it is not and will not be available in the US. I talked to Nismo about this regarding the GTR and for the US you would have to redo the emissions tests
