Windshield delamination

I bought my Z (used) three weeks ago from the local dealer. Original owner traded it in on a high end Infiniti after 1 year. I have had a heck of a time trying to clean the windshield. Today, after trying again, I realized that the "fogging" that I was seeing was actually in the glass. Rubbing vigorously on a spot would make the fogging disappear for about 2-3 seconds after which it would come back. Anyone else experience this?

I have some "scoring" on my windshield. My detailer tried to remove it with "mineral remover", but it's still there. I mainly notice it when driving into the sun, you know, when you want your windshield to be clear.

Just took this. It looks even worse looking out through the windshield.

Way worse than what I've seen. I'd take this in for warranty replacement.

Visited the dealer today. Service Manager was surprised at what he saw. He took a picture and submitted it to Nissan.
