I can't find it posted anywhere already, although a couple of people may have used it.
Nissan's Japanese website has a Z "simulation" / configurator where you can choose various models, paint colours, and options - it is all in Japanese and Yen prices, but fairly easy to work out what to click on (mostly it is simply choosing an option and then clicking on the red button to go to the next step).
One of the best bits is that part of the process lets you choose the car's exterior colour then there is an image of the car which you can click on and rotate 180 degrees to see from any angle. (Direct link: Z Colour Configurator) The colours of course won't be super-accurate and will depend on you computer display. You can also choose the interior colour on the next page and still rotate the car image, but it seems to be limited to only black or red.
The last page has a list on the left-hand side where you can pick various categories of extras, including exhaust, trunk privacy screens / nets, etc., even a child seat.
