Couldn't be more happier! I love the natural sound of the VR30DDTT! That muffler is heavy and it emasculated the engine sound. I don't plan for the length of my warranty to do any intense mods so I decided to get a nice catback dual pipes with burnt tips. Love the sound omg.

New member here. I appreciate all the information I was able to find on the forum before pulling the trigger. Anyway ....

Just bought a new 2024 Performance 6-speed. Beautiful car, and plenty powerful. My biggest gripe is the sound, or lack thereof. Not looking for anything obnoxious. Just looking for recommendations to mildly upgrade the sound without spending a lot or voiding the factory warranty. Also wondering how tricky the installation is and whether it's reversible.

BTW, my second-biggest gripe is the lightness of the steering, especially at low speeds. I thought that would be addressed by driving in Sport mode. But then I discovered that Sport mode isn't offered in manual-transmission cars. (What's that all about?) Just curious if there's a workaround that allows you to add some weight to the steering.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum! Check out our Street series exhaust. We have some sound clips on there as well.

I'd be interested in getting a better sound out of my exhaust. Sadly Pennsy has a yearly safety inspection & I don't think any exhaust system changes would allow the car to pass.

We do have quite a few customers over in PA purchasing our exhaust systems. Double check your local laws but I'm pretty sure as long as it's under a certain decibel and you're not cutting cats off I believe a full catback system would still be ok.

3rd muffler delete . Previously had a Type R. Passed emissions. Cat is still on vehicle . Remember the muffler is posterior to the catalytic converter . The obd module reading is for emissions for which the Catalytic converters job to filter the pollution. Muffler muffles the sound. What is important is what is makes you satisfied and happy

I have a performance model and I have the sport mode; the button to the right... correct?
