This is a very vague post but I did just connect my dash cam so I will help you out.
Does your dash cam have a cigarette/charge port plug? If so, it's easy to install, you just have to make sure your passengers don't kick the plug.

The Z has a port on the passenger side near the floor. I plugged in there and routed the wire under the glovebox panels and up the pillar and through the roof liner to a spot beside the rearview mirror. I mounted the dashcam there and made sure the window visor would not contact it.

I was considering pulling power from the fuse box and hiding the wires completely but the accessory port on the passenger side works quite well. My camera has a 90 degree cable coming out of the plug so it doesn't stick out really far.

Let me know if that makes sense or if you need some photos.

I’m sorry for the vagueness. My car came with a Dashcam from Nissan but I can’t get it to integrate with my phone
I keep getting “connect to WiFi” but I put in the WiFi and password default and it won’t connect. I hope this further explains my dilemma

You talking about the one built into the windshield near the rear view mirror?

I wasnt aware it was for the driver, i thought it was only for frontal crash avoidance.

Oh.. cool didnt know that was an option.

I guess you can look on it to find the model and then try to get a manual for it online.
or search the model on YT to see if you can find a review that talks about how it works.

I finally figured it out. I had to download an ap called mdrive recorder. Thanks to everyone who responded. Didn’t realize how many active participants the group had. Got rid of my 911 because of the 1000 dollar oil changes and bought the Z not knowing what a great car it is let alone the community.
