When would you hear the "axle click? Is it a constant noise or something else?
You can only hear it when going from a dead stop forward or reverse. A slight "click, click" in either direction. In 2003 a friend bought a new 350Z and it started clicking, we had no idea what it was as the car was new and resources were limited at that time.

Thanks. I will keep an ear out for it. Just crossed 1k miles in my 2024 performance and have not experienced it yet. However I have done some hard pulls and a few launch control runs on back roads. This makes me afraid to keep doing that in case my Z would develop this issue. At least its fixable.

It may not ever happen, it was a common issue in the past maybe it wont reoccur in the RZ34, time will tell. Regardless its not a big deal so drive it like a rental!!

Go with some HKS Hipermax R’s!
So I dont plan on tracking this car, I have another car for that. I want to set it up for a 300tw tire, also not trying to lower the car. HKS Rs are nice but the spring rates are insane, the 370Z spec is a bit better I think. I would also like a 2 way adjustable damper. So far I am leaning towards the Silvers Neomax 2 way.

Another fun fact. The Nismo has a zero mm (0) scrub radius from the factory, good job Nissan. I put a 12mm spacer up front and ruined it effectively having a +12mm scrub radius but I cant be seen driving a hovercraft.

Hi, what brand and where did you get the 12mm spacers from? Thanks!
