Front Plate or Not?

Anyone without one been ticketed? I like the off-center @Mishimoto mount, but I love the plate free look.

I HATE the front plate requirement. It destroys the car's look. Thank God I don't have to do that anymore since we moved to Fl from NY many years ago. Best decision ever made

Haven't had a plate on the front of any of my real cars (those I drive - not wife) ever. Take the ticket any day - only ticketed once - NYPD at midtown tunnel - jerk off

Have had no issues in DFW on any of my cars. Even got pulled over for allegedly speeding this year and the cop didnt mention the plate.

Been 3000 miles with no front plate on the Z. Another 10,000 on the 2 cars before it. Maybe I’m lucky. If I get less than 1 ticket per year for it, it’s worth it to me.

No plate look, 3 years now without it. I’ve been pulled over for loud exhaust and it was never mentioned during the stop.

I worry about the front plate blocking air and am definitely NOT drilling holes into my front bumper to mount the plate. #fightthepower lol

Front plates are a must in NY. People still don’t use them though but it’s a risk. I would use one of those flip ones for my front bumper if I could find one that worked.

I hate parking at places where they have meter maids who write parking tickets for no front plates!

I just got a White Pearl '24 Nismo. The tech guys at the dealer begged me to not drill holes in the front bumper. So here I am, in the Albany region, with no front plate lol
