I was just about to ask how involved the "fix" is, but then I saw @TheyCallMeStino's message. I'm not sure I want to risk the headaches if the technician fails to re-install the bumper properly. I wonder if my indie mechanic could do it. Or if I even care.Edit: Refused the service for now, but the tech wanted to take the front bumper off. I didn't have time and didn't want to leave the car.
My dealer did it in mid-December. No issues so far *knock on wood*.Has anybody had a dealer do the fix? Any issues with the bumper reinstallation?
