Long time Nissan Fan and watcher of this forum, Had a couple of Silvia/240sx S14s over the years and also got to experience some skylines (R33).

Went a long time with no play thing but finally early last year i was able to get something, i picked up an MX5 club at the time because i needed my "jdm" sportscar fix and did not want to pay the markup that was on the Z at the time.

Enjoyed the MX5, unfortunately it was a bit too small for me and i kept longing for another turbo nissan, not really in a position to take on a project (Old or new) so opted for the one that has what i want out of the box. I absolutely love it, the whole AT vs Manual thing was a concern so i drove both cars back to back and that made me understand what they are doing with the Nismo - i will do a writeup on that in the reviews section :)

Wanted to treat myself to a fun car and while I was certain I would buy the Nissan Z coupe Sport as it is available in Manual trans, I figured I needed to give the NISMO paddle shift version a test drive. To my surprise it was really fun to drive. A vehicle became available in a different state and was selling for 20k below the asking price NEW, only 30kms on the clock & still had plastic over the seats etc.... I flew down & drove it back. I love it & look forward to modding it enough to get at least 500hp out of it. NISSAN Z NISMO 2024 does not disappoint. Love the Z community, it's a special brother/sisterhood out on the roads.

Thank you for adding me to your club. I have owned a 2004 350Z touring convertible for 10 years and have had to do some work on it but at present it has been running better than ever. I found a discounted 2024 Performance Z at my local dealer and kind of worked myself into wanting to buy it. Shined up my 350 to make a good impression for trade in and visited the dealer today. A prospective customer took the car for a test drive last weekend and ran into a guard rail. My 20 year old Z is looking better for now.

The driver's collision coverage would cover it. If you don't have 1st party insurance the dealer's insurance would pay but you are going to get billed for it after by the insurance company. Can't squeeze blood from a turnip but they can sure wreck your credit with collections.
