We were also told late spring/early summer 2022 for the 2023. So, I wouldn't hold your breath on what Nissan promises to deliver.

so the full reveal is the timeline I posted.. now when they get into customer hands is another thing completely

Here’s the best I could screenshot on the rear. It’s got its subtle differences such as the markers under the tail lights, the center section under the license plate (possible brake light?), and how it sweeps out to the sides. I’m liking how the spoiler goes all the way across the rear end.

first thing my eyes see is the exhaust tips arnt changed from the performance

Unless they fix the paint problem at the assembly plant, we'll never see any of these either.
And should one make it on the boat, a minimum of 10k add-on is guaranteed. Be prepared for 70k out-the-door.

It is. the logic is this NISMO is a numbers chaser. the standard Z is the "dance patner" thus they went with the 9AT only to produce the best possible competitive numbers.
Bummer, hope they prove that's worth it by how it performs. What numbers... drift score? 😛

I get that times change but that sucks if true. CTR is 6MT only, F87 M2CS came 6MT standard, etc. This car is not going to the best at anything. At least throw in a 6MT.

Nissan just dropped their Nismo video. No spec details in the video, but the aesthetic changes look nice. Thoughts and opinions based on what’s in the video?

A new chapter of thrill is coming for the worldwide Nissan Z fan base later this summer.

With track-tuned performance, bold styling and a dynamic design, Z NISMO is the next exciting milestone in the 50-plus year journey of Nissan's iconic sports car.

Watch as three-time Formula Drift champion Chris Forsberg puts Z NISMO through its paces.

Stay tuned for full details later this summer.
