Is this an example of a dealership forgetting a PDI step? I've seen so many stories on this forum of dealers forgetting to install the chin spoiler, the air deflectors, or the tow hitch receiver cover (mine). I suspect that this forum is a fraction of all Z owners, and an even smaller fraction of all Nissan owners. Are Nissan dealerships really that bad at delivering cars?
My chin spoiler and air deflectors are still sitting in my basement in plastic. Dealer simply told me "Yea we never put those on." considering making them do it at the first oil change.

FYI, I'd think twice. I used a towel to keep the jack from touching the undercarriage and double checked afterwards to make sure i hadn't damaged anything and found that the dealership had missed the jackpoint and cracked some paint on a piece of metal in that area. As i could see a small amount of rust where there shouldn't have been any.

I think its a 10mm socket for the air deflectors and you just have to have a rivet gun for the front chin spoiler - I did my own. Did not even have to lift the car to do them but yeah if you aren't comfortable doing it then should be quick and easy for the dealer tech's to do it.

Just checked my 2024 perf and I am good, no spacers on the springs. I was pretty sure I didn't have them based on what other Z's without them removed looked like. I wonder if for the perf they just remove that chin spoiler and air deflectors - The Nismo (and Sport) have neither of those.

I checked mine as well. They are already removed. As far as the deflectors I can definitely do those. I wasn't sure if the car had to be lifted or not but not a big deal. The chin spoiler I do not have a rivet gun so that would be something I would have to have them do.
