Later this year, I will be going to Z1. Will have all NISMO upgrades and Stillen Sway Bars by then. At Z1 get upgraded turbos and what ever else I need. I had a 2009 370. Went to Z1, added twin turbos and upgrades to handle the turbos: RWHP 512. A man named Jon did it. he still works there and he can tune my Z Performance with the new upgrades. Car ran great for 14 years. A mechanic at a Nissan Dealership worked on it since 2009. He got the car. Goes to shows and loves it.

Iā€™m 2hrs from Z1 and planning for a ECUTEK dyno tune as well, but just i, dp & e bolts-ons. Iā€™m shooting for 450WHP (assuming stock will do ~360whp on a dynojet) on Z1ā€™s dynojet. Any idea what hp the stock fuel system can support?

Anyone on here have experience of the Ecutek tune from Z1 Motorsports?

I am thinking of getting their 2023+ Nissan Z EcuTek Performance Tuning Package - CARB LEGAL but not sure if there are any issues buying from Z1 Motorsports.

I am not sure if Ecutek tune really provides you with more horsepower gain or just a gimmick device??? I mean how do customers really know if the Ecutek device really gives you more power? We are talking about installing the Ecutek device at home and don't have the capability like a full blown tune shop.
ECUTEK is the best tuning solution available for the z hands down. It is simply software to allow re-programming the ECU. There is no hardware / no pigyback wiring needed for the car. The ā€ECU Connect Interfaceā€ is just a wifi/bluetooth communication module that plugs into the carā€™s OBD service port to allow you to make changes. The tuner (like z1) take the factory ecu program and make changes (using ECUTEK PC software) based on your mods and sends it to you. you download the file to your car via a phone/pc. tuners have what know as ā€œcan tunesā€. you can do street pulls and send the datalog file to the tuner and they can make improvements to the ā€œcanā€ tune for your car and mods. The next level is to take the car to an ECUTEK tuner and let them tune on a dyno Instead of you doing multiple streets runs. the dyno tune allows a tuner to make adjustments and instantly see the torque / power results. ECUTEK offers 3-4 tunes that you can select from the sterring wheel controls. One of these tunes can be a factory oem tune that you can switch to for service at the dealership. One of the tunes can be a de-tune (valet tune / 35mph school bus ride) with reduced top speed, reduced rev limiter, etc. to prevent joy rides. The only thing better would be if ECUTEK would sell the programming software to individuals.

so far performance gains - that depends on your mods. I think z1 quotes a 14whp peak gains at redline but 30-56whp from ~3,000- 4,500 rpm with a stock car (level 1 tune). That would feel nice on the butt dyno.
