Really hoping the US will have a chance to reserve a Z through the official site and they step in like Ford has done with the F-150 Lightning that's coming out... Actually give people that have be wanting and waiting this for some time an actual opportunity without getting bent over with a "MERKUT AJUSMINT".

If you are in Canada and actually preordering. If you click on the SPORT M/T it takes you to the AUTO configurator, same goes for the AUTO but it takes you to the M/T. This looks like it's only for the SPORT and not the PERFORMANCE. Do it right the first time so you don't lose your place!

Deposit
$1,000
Estimated Delivery Date
Fall 2022

Edit:
I checked again and now it says this:

Deposit
$1,000
Estimated Delivery Date
Summer 2022

it was saying in the fall, and it has changed to the summer.
------------------------
so we will get our hands on the car by the fall if you decide to reserve the car

So I went through the process and then noticed the expected delivery date: fall 2022. Too long. I don't trust Nissan to make it easy to get the deposit back either, nowhere in the reservation process did it indicate that the deposit was refundable.

So, how much can you configure, exactly? I haven't clicked any of the pre-order links. Is Canada tied down with initial allocations or is the pre-order directly from Nissan?

It's in the FAQ, says it's 100% refundable..

Click the configurator like you are actual trying to reserve one.. It lets you pick your trans, trim, and color.. No price yet though.

Yep, thx, stepping thru the configurator, this color seems off, too dark. Still, best color for me.

For those interested, it's now showing Summer 2022. It was showing Fall 2022 before 9am EST
This matches what was in the Aus reservation, we were told August….but even that now has disappeared, and simply says expected 2022.
I don’t get it, why spend mega bucks at the bowl if you don’t have a car.
Enthusiast already know it’s coming….non enthusiasts will lose interest by the time it gets here.
Waste of money for a company that’s trying to get back on track financially if you don’t have the product, in my opinion

I'm okay with people losing interest. Less hype = more inventory and less likely dealerships will bend you over. :)

I hope that the ones who preordered last week in that 1 week window, we get it spring time. I’m gonna try to contact my dealer and ask.

plus, I noticed not all the dealers pop up. Does that mean the cars won’t be going there?
