What "they" say is FBO stage 2 2024 M3 is 543 whp 547 wtq. on 93. Target of 22.4psi boost. Out of a car that is one and a half the cost of a Z performance...... (for comparison)
Lets have the conversation then.... What's the HP goal to the wheels you have in mind? (on pump gas)
I'd be glad to!

I actually sold my 23 A90 6MT to get into a Z. I paid about 61 for the Z after taxes but I couldn't find another Seiran Blue with the blue synthetic suede anywhere in my area, and it had all but two of the factory accessories bundled in; Might have been on the high side, but I honestly felt like it had everything I wanted (I would have optioned the accessories anyway.)

Ideally I would be looking at mid to high 600's (didn't the 600R that Z1 was promoting have that on pump gas, or did they utilize an e blend?)

I can understand where OP is trying to engage here.

It's mainly trying to figure out why the gains seem minimal in comparison to some other heavy hitters in/around twith similiar platforms. I think the common comparisons are the Supra and the RS3. A single pipe and an e-mail put those cars around 450-460 and E30-50 tunes put you at/around 500.

Because I own a Supra, I felt the same way about the Z but now after spending over a year with this car, it's clear that torque is much easier to chase then peak Hp and that's actually alright. Sure you need maybe 3-4 extra supporting mods over the other two cars to have equal footing with power but that's just how it is lol.

I really don't think this platform is worth it for making big power if you feel this way. However, I do think creating an enjoyable street car will make you appreciate the platform.

I think you should pick up a good tire, upgraded Heat Exchanger, upgraded intercoolers, some downpipes, and a tune from either Racebox or SonicTuned. You'll probably be very happy with the aftermath (y)

Absolutely rvlbrs. I agree. I'm focusing on the chassis first but I cannot wait to bring out some VR30 potential. I also agree Nocturnal a little. Coming from a standpoint that it would be great to easily put down 540ish wheel with bolt-ons and a tune. However, I had an AWD Q50 with downpipes, heat exchanger, and a tune that was a blast to drive for me.. I think that this lighter chassis and being rear wheel drive will be an absolute riot once I dig my teeth in... So, I knew what I was getting myself into.....

As far as Z1's 600R package is concerned, I'm not sure what they are claiming. Is it 600 Crank or wheel and is that on Pump or Corn?

I agree, I've been very happy after getting tuned with basic bolt ons. Car pulls hard. I like what another user said on here "since when is 500hp anemic?" I find people chase all these crazy numbers because the internet trolls say their car is slow, but in reality, its so hard to use big power on the daily anyway. Even where Im at now, 460(ish?) I find it hard to use that power without getting into trouble on the streets lol. 60 comes up way too fast and my car is loud so it grabs attention. The whole argument of "should have gotten xxxx car because it easily makes 800hp" is so exhausting lol.

Dont get me wrong, some days im like 600r package would be a blast, then i get thinking how and where in the hell would I use that? Id prob end up in jail

if you want over 500 rwhp, say 550-560

you will need to upgrade your tiny stock turbos, say pure turbos/ hybrid and it will get your power goal on pump

Z1 has a great upgrade to brakes, suspension engine etc. AND it's only 18K. How fast do you want to go?
