I think it looks really nice but I agree… they could have done something special for the interior … maybe even color match the brakes or offer a diff color for the brakes .

I still love the look of my performance Z though. Every time I walk outside and see it… it brings a smile to my face!

not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing that my mind is also programmed to notice those sad clear edges also
They should have just done the black parts. The orange edge will fade differently than the paint.

Red calipers dont work imo. I would have just done them in flat black or possibly silver to match the "Z" on the lower stripe

I agree all they had to do was take the proto seats and and just make those yellow highlights orange.
Exactly my thoughts! This was a pretty strange oversight by Nissan. I feel like there's easy money to be made by offering more of these "heritage" packages, as well, even just in terms of color combinations and decal packages. Like do an emerald green with a tan interior (or at least tan accents) and call it "Datsun Edition." Or offer a pearl white with a burgundy interior like we used to see on 300ZXs and make it part of the "Heritage" or "Legends" editions.

The new Z has a lot of potential to overcome its dynamic shortcomings by just being cooler and more custom than other sports cars in this space.

unlike the Customized Fairlady concept this Z is without the black roof because Japan's 432 Orange ( New sight Orange in the US) is a monotone color from the factory. Nissan USA did a good job with carrying the stripe through the roof to compensate.

I heard of a new color for 2025 that is not this new site orange. not sure I believe what it really is yet so gonna put that one in the rumor mill category for now. havent heard of any mechanical changes

I know everyone is wanting to know if there will be a manual NISMO but I dont have a clue. they would have to solve the problem of how to put the dynamic mode switch into the manual and keep the S mode rev matching to make it happen.

Thank you for keeping us up to date on everything.

I have money down for the hope they make a manual Nismo in the future. I'll be patient.

I wish they also did something more hardcore with the Nismo to differentiate it from the other models. Back in the day a Nismo actually meant something. These days it has become a easy money grab. They use the name, add a few stickers and badges with red accents along the body line and call it a day. Even on the 350z and 370z Nissan spent more effort developing beautiful and functional body kits and wings to differentiate them. The least they can do is start to offer a manual to regain appeal among more hard-core enthusiasts.

I might be interested in this. I’m in the market for a Z but the original front bumper is a deal breaker for me. This is a vast improvement. With that said I’d really prefer to buy the sport in manual and rosewood or blue, save the money and add on the dealer installed new bumper you’re alluding to.
Should I wait for the 2025 model year for peace of mind it will all work together?
I do need a car sooner rather than later but if I bought a 2024 for sure the new bumper would fit and a dealer could install it after the fact, when they get their hands on it?
Thanks! New member here

or would ponying up for the heritage be the best play? The orange is still pretty sick

When do the 2025 models come out? Other manufacturers already started releasing their 2025 cars
