Z Club,
New member here. I've thumbed through threads a bit, and figured I should go ahead and join. Great forum!
Purchase of a Z is on the table for consideration this year, and wanted to inquire on a couple things. I've owned one Z prior, an '86 300ZX, was def one of my favorite cars, with a couple mustangs and trans am in the mix, and otherwise in 4x4 world for past decade+. Currently in a '22 F150 Tremor (tt 3.5L) which I love and will keep, but would be fantastic to park a Z alongside it, as I've always wanted to own another, and am a fan of the current design.
Definitely no interest in hybrids/EV, if they move to that, and actually think I would prefer the notably lagging tech-heavy aspect of the current Z, with more of an old school sports car feel.
Forgive if already covered elsewhere on threads-
As members have noted, the dealers still have the 24 models on lots, and on Nissan's website. Any concerns for the 2025 model, in terms of availability this year? I know Nissan is not in the best shape, and numbers for the Z are crazy low already, far as auto world (I have never seen one in the wild). Or plausible uncommunicated changes causing issues?
2024/2025: Besides paint options, and looks like (optional??) change in grill (I'm still undecided on that) any big considerations I should keep in mind for which year, with the 24's still out there, and seem to still be customizable/order able?
Any big issues experienced with ordering, these days?
Last, any major, no-brainer comments on experiences with options, far as Performance trim goes (manual for sure)?
Really appreciate it in advance, and glad to be on here.
