What did you do to achieve the 1" drop?
Installed height adjustable coilovers (mca sport comfort) The manufacturer recommended this ride height but its what I would have gone with regardless.

So I just thought of something. If I do put stiffer sway bars on and keep everything else stock, drive on crap local roads, will that cause something to break? I'm thinking that the stock suspension is made for street and if I make it stiffer will it be able to handle the extra stiffness on extra sh**ty roads?

Hard to imagine that Long Island roads would be bad enough for that to be a problem.

nothing will break, the stiffer swaybars will transfer more of the suspension compression to the opposite strut tower, thereby reducing body roll and evening out the potential energy stored in each spring when cornering. It will feel great in corners and no real difference otherwise.

There are plenty. Robert Moses State parkway is a great example of neglected roads. This morning I had to detour because the roads I usually take are closed. There was a patch of absolute garbage pavement and got me thinking "Would the car be able to handle these craters with a stiffer suspension without breaking??" Yea I got worried a bit lol.

It would help BOTH sides of the suspension to share the "pot hole blast", distributing it over both sides.

BTW, when installing the endlinks, do I need to load the wheels/struts? I will be putting the car on jack stands, one side at a time though (front then back). So is it fine as long as both wheels are hanging evenly? Should I remove the wheels?

Also do I need to do an alignment when changing out the end links?

Sway bars and endlinks installed. Night and day difference at speed. Quite shocking!

Guys, you can drop it by 1 inch and still have ample clearance, even for crappy roads. Also if you are only going 1 inch you don't need adjustable arms. It's fine.

Do u get the rubbing from the front splitter ? I dropped mine 1.1in from the swift springs and the 2 rubber mud guards i guess they are that are connected to the front chin splitter rubs on bumps or higher elevation (my garage parking)

I've scraped the lower spoiler flap thing once on a particularly nasty dip going into a side road, but generally no. I am very careful, however, and always take speed bumps at an angle.

Hey Fam
Sorry I’m late to this party but I have a question. So I just got my Swift springs and my front and rear sway bars without the end links and the front subframe chassis support bar. So my question is first with the springs only lowering the car 1.1in do I need the adjustable end links? Also would this set up be good for the daily driver. Thank you for any advice. Oh also I haven’t installed anything yet I am just waiting on the chassis support bar so I can do everything at once.

You only need adjustable endlinks if you're desired ride height prevents a proper wheel alignment.
