Nissan may go away but Z1 Performance will provide upgrades forever.

Nissan is too big to fail completely and it has enough brand recognition to aways exist in some form. the merger will probably happen and at the worst nissan could be relegated to fewer specialty models to fill a niche within the larger company. So yes they could be the Buick of GM but they wont disappear

This is the answer!

What I know about investors is they are poorly informed about the current situation of any company, all they care about is brand recognition. The Nissan name is known so they will pay for that name. Even if the company goes away the brand name and the model names have value.

@13:30 If Honda, Nissan and Mazda formed a Trifecta, that would be awesome. I think its time Japan ditches Mitsubishi, they're a company that I don't see lasting in the future

Although, Mazda is already in a alliance with Subaru and Toyota, one could dream haha
Don’t kill my dreams for an EVO return. 😂
